I noticed a charge of €9.68 on my December invoice for my phone subscription, even though my subscription is already paid.
Additionally, I paid €249 last November to pay off my device, but the November invoice still shows €41.50 for the device. It feels like I may have paid an extra €41.50. Could you please clarify these charges and correct any errors if applicable?

If you pay off your phone on the moment a new invoice is in preparation, one of the 24 phone monthly fees are already put on that invoice. When you than pay off the phone, the remaining months are paid once, but the earlier created invoice will also contain one of the 24th ( 2 years) payments.
