I am currently outside the EU and will be for the next few weeks, I am having an issue with one of my invoices which states I have not paid, but I actually have paid. I am not able to call customer support, this is not the first time this issue has happened but while I was still in NL it was relatively easy to solve by calling customer supper but now I do not have that option so I am unsure what to do.
The issue is that I have received an email stating that I need to pay an invoice or my products will be blocked, I have double checked and I have already paid this specific invoice some time ago, maybe there is an error in the system but I would like this issue to be resolved, I also do not want to pay the invoice once again because I am sure I have already paid it….. Any help is highly appreciated
