First of all, thank you for your payment! Is it a mobile or Internet subscription? When I take a look at the phone number in your profile, I don't get any data on this in our system. The customer number does. Could you put the correct phone number in your profile and give me a sign when you have done this? Then I can check with you!
Can you also give some more information about the amount you saw on your invoice and what you paid? Then I can take a look at this as well!
