I have cancelled my number but it still charging me.

I have left the Netherlands. I have canceled the number 0642490326, but it is still charging me. I got an email about my cancellation.

Datum stopzetting

We stoppen je contract met mobiel nummer 0642490326 op 15 april 2025. Vanaf dan kan je je simkaart en mobiele nummer niet meer gebruiken. 
 

Could you please help me terminate? Do I still have to pay ?

Good afternoon Kajjana, I hope you enjoyed your stay here in the Netherlands and thank you for choosing us for your mobile subscription! I’ve looked into your account, and I see that your subscription has been terminated. However, there is still this 1 open amount that still needs to be paid. I’m happy to explain the costs of this invoice. See screenshot below. We’ve corrected the costs of your subscription for the period of April 15 - May 7th, because these were already paid on an earlier invoice. The only things left are the cancellation fee (50% of what you shoudl’ve paid if you did not cancel your subscription) and costs of Incasso, because of a delayed payment. After this invoice everything is fully done.

If you have any other questions, please fill in your date of birth, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN in your profile. I’m happy to help you even further! 😊
