I can't pay, help guide me to the right direction to proceeed with my payments.

Hey Odido team, I’ve been trying to reach out, there are a few things I’ve to do,

 

I have to enable a payment with a Mexican credit card, not an european because we left netherlands a few months back, please guide me to the right department and give me an email, I can’t call from here, or give me a whatsapp that way we can talk, thanks. keep me posted.

Hello ​@MauricioCR, welcome to our Community! I would be happy to look with you in your account to see exactly what is outstanding and how to pay it. If an amount is still outstanding, you can transfer it manually to our bank account number: NL03 COBA 0733 959 717 in the name of Odido. Always mention your customer number in the description (you can find this on your invoice), so we can link the payment to your account and process it. It then takes about 3 business days before the amount is processed in your account.

Could you please enter your postal code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your known bank account number in your profile and let me know when you have done this? Then I can check with you to see exactly how much is outstanding and you know what you can transfer.
