I can't change bank number account

Hello. I can't change my number bank account. When I want to change I click "save" but I got information "Het opgegeven bankrekeningnummer staat niet op jouw naam." Could you help me?

Could you please add your full name, phone number, postal code + house number, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your current bank account number we have on file to your profile and let me know when you have done so? Could you also add your new bank account number to your profile? You can do this in the “info for moderator” field. Then I can immediately check with you to see if I can change it!

Czy mógłbyś dodać do swojego profilu swoje imię i nazwisko, numer telefonu, kod pocztowy + numer domu, datę urodzenia oraz ostatnie 4 cyfry obecnego numeru konta bankowego, który mamy w naszych danych, i poinformować mnie, kiedy to zrobisz? Czy mógłbyś również dodać do swojego profilu nowy numer konta bankowego? Możesz to zrobić w polu „Informacje dla moderatora”. Wtedy natychmiast skontaktuję się z Tobą, aby sprawdzić, czy mogę go zmienić!

       

      Dziękuję za odpowiedź. Już zrobiłem to, o co prosiłeś.
