Dear Odido,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding unusual SMS charges on my account.
While abroad in July, my invoice shows multiple outgoing SMS to +31619604590, often 4–5 within the same minute on random dates. I don’t know this number. These messages do not appear in my SMS inbox, I did not send them, and SMS is not part of my normal usage profile. This strongly suggests they were fraudulent/auto-generated system messages.
I request
(1) a refund of these charges €70,5
(2) an investigation into the cause
(3) a block on all chargeable/premium SMS on my subscription.
