Ik zit op dit moment in het buitenland (Armenië) voor vakantie. Ik zit in een super nare situatie en word door odido van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Mijn voicemail is geblokkeerd. 2x geprobeerd met het juiste wachtwoord maar gaf een blokkade. Ze gaven aan dat ik 24 uur moet wachten en het tussendoor niet moet proberen. Dit heb ik gedaan 2x inmiddels nu maar het blijft het zelfde liedje. Ik word echt gefrustreerd want ik heb nu inmiddels al 15 voicemail berichten maar ik kan niet zien wie mij heeft gebeld en wat de boodschap is. Kan iemand mij a.u.b. helpen? Ik ben voor een langere tijd in het buitenland heb heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt…

Well, other customers have no access to the Odido systems. So if the customer care can not help you with this, than I assume they have created a ticket for the backoffice.
