I want to cancel my Extras, specifically Videoland, Amazon Prime. But despite reading that my Extras can be canceled at any time, I can't—even after a very kind Odido employee helped me yesterday. The Extras keep reappearing.
What should I do, or rather, what can you do for me?

Please add your full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN to your profile. And please let me know once you've done this.
