Hi,

 

I will be arriving in The Netherlands on sunday, and would like to purchase an esim mobile plan with the duration of a year. When attempting to purchase online, it seems an existing valid Netherlands number is required, which I do not have as I am from Canada. The customer service number, and international number does not work when I try to call. Can someone help me make this purchase before my arrival?
 

It seems an NL iban is also required when making the order online. Is this possible with other iban accounts?

Hi Phoebe, welcome to the Netherlands, and it's great that you're looking at us for your next phone subscription! I can't help you purchase a subscription as the Community is not a sales channel. Are you already in the Netherlands? The easiest way to get your subscription and for us to help you every step of the way is to walk into one of our Odido shops. We have a lot of shops, so I hope there's one nearby. My colleagues can help you even if you don't have a current phone number now. If you want a subscription with a phone, you will need a Dutch IBAN. With a foreign IBAN you can also get a Sim Only subscription. But depending on your ID, there are more options.
