Are you not able to call a 0900 number?
Please check the blokkades in your My T-Mobile account if you have not placed a barring om calling to 0900 numbers.
Have you paid all invoices so there is nothing that needs to be paid?
New customers cannot call to 0900 numbers for the first 2 months.
