Store Pickup Apple Watch Series 9 45mm

Good morning Isherhatl, welcome to our Community and good choice on the Apple Watch9! Usually, it takes about 1-3 days before a product is ready for you in our shop. In this case it included a weekend, so I expect that my colleagues will send you an SMS today or tomorrow that your Watch will be ready for pick-up. If you haven't heard from them tomorrow evening, please let me know and I will check if the delivery time of this Watch is still correct. But again, I assume it will be ready for you very soon! Until when are you in the Netherlands? 😊

Hi Iserhatl, I've checked, and I don’t see an update in your order. Usually, my colleagues in the shop have products ready in the morning and then they send the SMS in the morning as well. So, chances are that you won't receive the SMS today, but I'm still hoping you will receive it tomorrow morning. When are you leaving exactly? I hope you will hear something very soon and in time for your travels! 

Thats too bad, i thought it would arrive today like you said. Tomorrow evening im planning to go outside of the city, but if its certain that it will arrive tomorrow or thursday “latest” i can rearrange my plan. Plus im really losing the feeling of having the watch, because store staff told me it will be ready in 1-2 days so it is strange. Cant wait like a week for now. If i dont hear from them tomorrow morning i will text you. 

Hello, no updates again. 2 days later it’s gonna be weekend. Waiting for the watch for 1 week including weekends. I’d like to know if there’s any issue with transporting the items nowadays? I’ve never waited that long with odido. Maybe sms didnt reach to me? My order number is 216370967 .  I need to pick the product from store before weekend… i’m close to cancel my order. 

Hi Iserhatl, sorry to hear that you haven't heard from my colleagues in the shop. I would've expected the usual 1-3 days for your Watch to be ready for you. It looks like your order froze. I reached out to my colleague from Order & Delivery to see if he can see what exactly happened to your order. If your order isn't ready for pick up in time I can cancel the order for you ofcourse. I hope to receive a reply from my colleague today to get more clarity on this. I'm sorry for the inconvience.

Hey, any updates on my order? Really been a long time

Hello @lserhatl, unfortunately, we had not heard anything more. I have just made the request again to the department that deals with this. I hope to get more clarity on this as soon as possible. As soon as I get it, I'll let you know right away! Or would you prefer to cancel the order so you can place the order again? Just let us know what you would like! 

It says on this website that they are available from 22 july. But i only see 41mm ones not 45mm’s, do they have the same date as 45mm? I really dont know what to do. Can i cancel it from store and order again from there if i want?

@lserhatl I heared that the shop has been in touch with you. The order has been cancelled and I see that you have agreed to have a new order placed. As soon as it is ready for you, you will receive an SMS from my colleague. It will take a few days at most! 

Yes correct, but im still afraid i will wait for 10 days again. I will leave den haag on saturday and have to come back to pick up the watch if it wont arrive tomorrow. Really didnt expect to wait such a long time from odido

@lserhatl Apologies for the inconvenience! I checked the new order for you and I see that it went all the way through. In fact, I see that a text message was sent to you yesterday telling you that you can pick up the new Watch in our store! So this one is already there for you to pick up. Don't forget to bring a valid ID, which is needed to pick up your Watch.
