Hi,

I ordered a new ipad air via the website and got an email but cannot see the order status online even after trying both email and order number

Talking with customer support they said its in there system!

      When did you place your order? Maybe look again tomorrow morning because sometimes it can take some time for the order to be visible.

      You have received the confirmarion email so it should be fine.
