Samsung Watch 8 promotion

Hi All,

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S25 with an Odido subscription during the Galaxy watch 8 promotion period.  I ordered it online on 30/09/2025 but picked it up from the store on 06/10/2025, one day after the promotion ended. 
I tried to apply for the promotion with the PDF of the confirmation e-mail from Odido which contains all the details, but they did not accept it and are asking for the original receipt from the shop.
The date on the receipt is 06/10/2025 which is after the promotional period.
What can I do to get my watch ? Can somebody please help ?

The promotion rules of Samsung are very strict. They do not bend at all.Go back to the store to discuss the paperwork date.

I would return the device and cancel the subscription then.

I will try contacting samsung customer service. If tha does not work then I'll return the device and cancel the subscription.
