I just renewed my mobile plan and ordered an iPhone 17. Picked store pickup, but realized I selected the wrong shop in another city. Any way to switch it to a store closer to me?

Hey Alec, welcome to our community and great choice on the new iPhone 17! We can’t change your order to select a different shop. To do this, you will have to cancel your entire order via my colleagues from customer service on 0800-0092 and then place a new one. But please keep in mind that you will have to get back in line on the waiting list. Will you be able to pick up your phone at the selected shop or is it too far away? I would suggest keeping your current order to avoid a longer delivery time. Please let me know! 😊
