I ordered an S25 under the Galaxy 7 watch promotion, I chose to have the phone delivered to a the kinkerstraat store , they cancelled my order and said I didn't come to pick it up but they never contacted me, odido told me that if I come within 7 days to collect the phone everything will be fine i went the next day however now I am not able to take advantage of the promotion. This is very bad practice and dishonest on their part because I received no notification whatsoever and the promises made by the store were empty

Please add your full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN to your profile. Please also send me your order number. I’m happy to look into it. You should be able to claim the promotion with the right documents. I’m guessing you’ve used your receipt from the store? This will get rejected, because it has the date of pick up on it - which is outside of the promotion period. Please try uploading the confirmation e-mail that you received from us. This has your personal information and the order date. That should be enough for Samsung to accept it. Please let me know! 😊

So odido cancelled my order without telling me to pick up the phone.. the order number is 236992770. They said they could not use that to process the sale because THEY cancelled it without notifying me to collect the phone. They made a new order for me so I could get the phone at the store and assured me this would not affect the promotion.. now trying to process the promotion but having very little success

I’ve looked into the order, and I see that the Shop did send you an sms on July 8th to come pick up your phone. On the 18th the order was cancelled. I’ve noticed that the last 4 digits of your IBAN aren’t matching with the IBAN in our system/the order. Could you please check this and add the correct one to your profile? Then, I’m happy to look into it more and see if I can do something for you!
I Have corrected the IBAN , I received no message about the collection of the phone what number was it sent to and was it delivered and what number sent it? Please show me this information because I am not being dishonest when I say I did not receive any message except for the cancellation notification

There was no Samsung Galaxy Watch promotion during this time. The promotion period for the Galaxy Watch7 was from May 19 - June 29. Where did you see the Samsung promotion? That being said, we sent you the sms to come pick up your phone on July 8th at 16:17 in the afternoon. We’ve send this sms to the phone number that you filled in during your order, the same number that’s in your community profile: 06****48. I’m sorry if you’ve missed it or if you couldn’t pick up the phone on time, however I can’t help you claim for the Samsung promotion with your new placed order. You always have 7 days to pick up your order after receiving the sms, and your order has been cancelled on the 18th of July, so you received extra time to pick it up. If you really want the Watch, you could cancel your order via my colleagues of customer service on 0800-0092, and wait for another Samsung promotion.
