I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro with the option to pick it up from the store. They told me it would be ready for pickup on Saturday, but it’s now Tuesday and the store still hasn’t informed me that it’s available.
I need the phone urgently, and the delay is causing problems for me. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay with in-store pickup? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process.

I was told i would it get it by last Saturday! I am leaving nl for a month and my phone is broken.I need this phone badly. is there any way I can know the exact date of getting it.
