Iphone 17 Pro - delayed?

Hello odido community! 

New here, wanted to ask if anybody knows why iPhone 17 pro takes so long to be delivered. 

I ordered on Saturday 29/3 and still haven't received anything from the store to go pick it up.

Is this normal? When I ordered, it was said on the website that it was supposed to arrive in 1-2 days.

 

Can anybody help?

Can you check on the website if the iPhone you ordered is still in stock? Normally it should be ready for pickup after a few working days.

Hi ​@Waqqas, now it says available after April 10. But when I ordered it, it was stated on the website that it is available.

Hi kkos411, welcome to Odido on our community! Good choice on the iPhone 17 Pro. What ​@Waqqas says is correct, but I'm happy to explain a bit more to you. If you order a phone and it says '’Available immediately, have it delivered, or pick up at the Odido Shop.'’ it means that this phone was in stock at that moment. However after that day we probably had a few orders in our backlog that were being sent to customers who ordered it before you and that's why the status changed afterwards. I hope my explanation is clear. Will you wait for April 10 to receive your iPhone 17 Pro? Otherwise you can always call my colleagues from Telesales on 0800-7123 to change or cancel your order.
