Delivery time store pick up


Hi, 

 

I ordered an iphone 16 pro to be collected at the store, it was placed last thursday morning and i was told i should receive an SMS about collection within 3 business days (which it is already now). How much longer would it take for it to be delivered?

If the phone is in stock than maybe there could be some delay, I suggest you to wait till the end of this week.

Thanks for your answer! I really need it before the end of the week and was told store pick up is the quickest, but now it’s taking a long time. It said it was in stock / directly available when I ordered it too so it would be great to get an update on where it is stuck or the reason for delay

Good morning Durga, welcome to our community, and good choice on the iPhone 16 Pro! Thank you for completing your profile. I’ve looked into your order, and your iPhone should be in stock. So, it looks like your order got stuck, because it should’ve been ready for you since your order was placed last Thursday. Please call my colleagues on 0800-0092 right away. They can re-enter your order and then everything should be good. It usually takes 1-3 working days before you can pick up your order. So chances are that you will still be on time to pick it up before the end of the week. Please let me know if you’ve spoken to my colleagues! 😊

Hi, thank you for your response! I just spoke to your colleague via that number and they said nothing is wrong with the order and it is not stuck. They advised me to just wait until tomorrow :) 

 

I will wait for now and hope that I receive the SMS for pick up soon!

Hi Marciano, I still did not receive any SMS unfortunately and I even called the number again but it wasn’t helpful - they said nothing is wrong with the order but they also do not know when it will be ready. This is very strange to me since it’s now been a week since I placed the order and nobody has further information. Is there any way to track it?

Good morning Durga, I’m very sorry to hear that your order isn’t ready for you yet. It must be as I thought. Your order got stuck. Because if not, you would’ve received it within 1-3 working days. I wish my colleagues would’ve taken care of the re-order for you right away instead of saying that nothing was wrong. The only thing you can do now is call my colleagues again to cancel the order - and if you wish, place a new one - to get your new phone as quickly as possible. However I can’t guarantee if it will be ready for you either tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
