Seems like Zyxel T-56 is Not capable to handle the load.
when a new connection initiated from the system then its freezing for an example when WhatsApp call is working fine unable to reach google.com site not even router web server 192.168.1.1.
May be New flows are dropped silently when reaching default per‑host and global session limits.
is this behaviour of Zyxel T-56? Correct me if am wrong.

I also have a T56 and it is perfectly capable of handling the load even when 5 people are streaming or (video)calling at the same time and browsing works fine at that moment.
Maybe perform a factory reset first and see after that?
