There is signal coming from out side to the input of the XGS-PON. But no signal out to the modem. What I will do ?.

Which lights are on, off or blinking on the XGSPON ONT and is the internetcable connected eith the WAN port of your router?
You can also try to restart the ONT.
Connection and power are on with green light. The wan cable isnt giving a light. I already restarted everything.
Can you test another cable between ONT and router?
I already did. This problem happened i think when the electricity turned off.
Well if connection is not blinking than there is a chance that the LAN port on the ONT is not working anymore and it needs to be replaced.
How can i replace it? I already had this problem with my previous provider. When the specialist from t mobile placed my router. I asked him to change it but he said its fine, but now i got the problem again. How am i supposed to fix this issue now?
A moderator will need to send a technician to replace the old ONT for a new one, jist wait for a moderator to reply.
