today, i am supposed to commence use of my DSL internet but when i typed my wireless key, it informed me that information had since changed. i now cannot access wireless internet

Hello
If you forgot your wireless key you can either change it via your modem interface. Navigate to 192.168.1.1 and username is admin password in on the back of your modem. You can also perform a factory reset by pressing the reset button on the back by pressing it for 10 seconds using a small object and everything will go to default.
