I got an email today (24/12/2018) mentioning that my connection will be connected at 18:00. But when I installed the modem at 19:00, the WAN light is off and even does not blink. Is my connection active?

Hey @sinabz , I see you've contacted us through phone as well. Your ISRA is located in your fusebox. Were you able to connect your devices properly? If not, your can also take a look at our online manual with a step-by-step video! 🙂
Hi @RoyTMT . I live in second floor and meter cupboard is in ground floor. Of course I checked the cupboard and there were no socket for neither electricity nor phone.
