Currently I have a T-mobile internet subscription at my home. I will move to my new house on the 9th of September and I want to use the same offer. So I would like to transfer my internet subscription to my new address. Could you help me with that please?

A moving can be arranged online. There is an information page which Google can translate.
Main things are, you login to your my-tmobile and check what subscriptions can be created at your new zip code. That is leading if the same service can be offered there.
Do not forget to apply for "klantenvoordeel" if applicable for you, once the new connection is delivered. That is not transferred automatically.
