Replace huawei modem

Hi and a happy new year.

I am a client for almost 5 years now and from the start I was given a huawei modem.

Lately I noticed some connection problems and I would like to ask if it is possible to replace the modem with a newer one (zyxel)?

Hi @johndzervos, thanks a lot for letting us know! 😁 Really nice to read that you're a customer for more than 5 years. I immediately wanted to help you with this and I just swapped the Huawei modem for a Zyxel T-50. You can check the order in your My T-Mobile Thuis environment: https://thuismy.t-mobile.nl/bestellingen. Please let us know as soon as the new modem arrives if you're experiencing an improvement. 

Vanaf 21 januari 2023 ben ik niet meer werkzaam als Moderator op de Community. Voor vragen kan je bij één van de huidige Moderators terecht!
