Hi and a happy new year.

I am a client for almost 5 years now and from the start I was given a huawei modem.

Lately I noticed some connection problems and I would like to ask if it is possible to replace the modem with a newer one (zyxel)?

I immediately wanted to help you with this and I just swapped the Huawei modem for a Zyxel T-50. You can check the order in your My T-Mobile Thuis environment: https://thuismy.t-mobile.nl/bestellingen. Please let us know as soon as the new modem arrives if you're experiencing an improvement.
