Problem with internet and WiFi

Hello whole weekend and today i have problem with my modem Zyxel t56

Lot of time cancel connection internet, and WiFi no work. Sometimes light red lamp. 

I did everythink what i have to do in this situation. Can somebody hello me?

    Ok thx, so for now i dont have normal internet 3 days. My wife need internet to use language.. I wait for infomation

    Hey ​@Dambudexnl, of course, I want you to get back online as soon as possible. Could you please perform a factory reset on the modem? You can do this by pressing the small button at the back with a toothpick for 30 seconds. If you're still unable to connect afterwards, If not, could you please add your profile, including your postcode, house number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your bank account number? If you give me a call, I can check the connection. Thanks in advance!
