my internet router doesn’t work and I completed my profile with all necessary informations. Please let me know hen a new router or internet box will be send on my address! Thank you!

Hi ​@Hongrui, I would really like to offer you a solution! For this I need some information. Does the power light of the T-56 modem keep flashing, even after a reboot? Then I know if it is caused by the general issues.
