No service - t56


I have no internet, and I have the modem zyxel t56 with the green internet light on, but I have no internet, nor wi-fi, I have already reset both routers, but everything is the same, and on the ODIDO website, there is no problem in my area

I’ve immediately looked at your connection and indeed see some faults in the line. To resolve this for you, I’ve immediately requested a technician. You will receive an e-mail confirmation about this as well as a link to schedule your appointment with Guidion, our installation partner.

In the meantime, I don’t want you to be completely without Internet. I’d love to send you an Unlimited vouchercode. If you have an Odido or BEN sim card, the code works instantly. You can set-up a hotspot and connect this to your other devices. Please let me know if this is something you’re interested in.

If the globe is green than you should have working internet. Try performing a factory reset of the router by pressing the reset button on the back of the router using a small needle (for 10 seconds).

Good afternoon, I got home and did a factory reset, and I already have the internet back, and it's running without problems. Can you cancel the voucher and the technician's visit please? And thank you very much for your assistance.

Ik heb momenteel geen wifi, is er een storing of is er iets aan de hand?
