Hello,

I am a 750 Mbps home internet subscriber and it was working fine until yesterday. I came to home and realized that many apps on my phone give connection error. Any website visit redirects me to modem's interface and it says 'Scanning Internet connection failed. Your device can not connect to Internet, please contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider).' I had received an email about a service upgrade, so I tried to switch off my modem for a few minutes and then switch on again but it didn’t help. I also tried step by step guide on your website but it also didn’t help. Could you help me please?

Do you still encounter some problems with your connection? A restart of your modem can solve a lot of problems. Looking forward to sort this out for you as soon as possible.
Restarting the media convertor helped. I didn't know that device before. Thanks!
