no internet in kalorama since 13-03-24

The internet stopped working in my house since yesterday. The internet light on the modem is red. Everything else seems fine.

this is the 2nd time in 2 months of switching from ziggo that I am having issues with internet.

 

seems like I made a mistake by switching.
