I do not have Internet at home for 4 days. After the general problem on wed 25, Internet has not yet restarted in my house. Several calls to the customer service were unsuccessfull; I got always a different justification, one less credible than the other. And no info about when the problem will be solved.This is totally unacceptable. Anybody has similar experience ?

Do you have glasvezel or DSL?
There were problems with T-mobile but they are solved now. Have you tried to remove the power from your modem/mediaconverter for about a minute? Make sure the cables are connected to the right ports
I have DSL. Of course I have tried everything… resetting the modem, plugging off/on, changing cables…. the “Internet” lamp on the modem remains off. And T-Mobile is not able to offer any explanation… just “wait and see”
Looks like T-mobile are still having a bit of an issue
