Welcome to our community! @renatofialho

My sincere apologies for this inconvenience. Of course, I want you to be able to enjoy our service again. I’m happy to help!

I’ve immediately looked into our system, and luckily, I see you’ve already been in contact with my colleagues from Customer service. The appointment with the technician is scheduled for today. Great! 😀

In case you didn’t receive an Unlimited vouchercode and are interested in this, please let me know. I’ll happily send you one, so that you can use the internet until the technician arrives. In case you have an Odido or BEN sim card, the code works instantly. You can set-up a hotspot and connect your other devices.

Will you let me know how the visit went? I want to arrange the compensation for the time you weren’t able to use our services for you. However, I can only do this once the issue has been resolved.

@Teresa van Odido The service provided by Odido is horrible, it took more than a day for the Guideon technician to came, then he said he can't fix, then it took more than 24 hours and 3 calls for Odido to book a visit from KPN, that can only happen 2 days from today, now I've been 6 days without internet already.

The voucher doesn't work, because I already have unlimited internet at a slow speed, which sucks, because I can't work from home.

Well, if I can say something, get away from Odido.

@renatofialho I’m really sorry about this experience. If I could solve this issue for you myself, I would’ve done it in a heartbeat!

If you’d like, I can ask one of the Mobile specialists to take a look at your connection. I really want you to be able to be online. @Pharwin van Odido or @Marciano van Odido Can you guys take a look? Thanks a lot!

Hello @renatofialho I'd be happy to take a look at your mobile connection with you! I took an immediate look at our coverage map: https://www.odido.nl/netwerk/dekking and I don't see any outages and/or work in your area, causing you to experience this.

If nothing shows up, there may be something else going on. Have you already rebooted your device? Often this will help, as your phone will reconnect to the mast in your area.

To rule out some things, I would like to ask you to check some things in your phone. Could you check if the software of your phone is up to date? In addition, you can also reset your phone's network settings. On an Android device, you do this in the following way: Settings > General Administration. Then choose Reset and then Reset network settings. If you have an iPhone then do this as follows: 'Settings' > 'General' > 'Transfer or reset [device]' > 'Reset' > 'Restore network settings'. Keep in mind that connected devices, need to be reconnected.

Love to hear if this helps!
