No internet (Fibre) Rotterdam

Since this morning my internet connection has been out. Apparently there are no Odido outages in the area.

Lights on the Huawei fibre converter are green, but the internet light on Zyxel T-56 is red.

I've tried turning off the power to the devices and back on again.

Turned the fibre converter on first; waited 30secs and then turned on the router. After starting up, the internet light shows green on the router, but then eventually goes red again.

I've checked the cables and tried disconnect/restart a few times. Still the same result

I called your 0800 number and they ran some tests that switched the router's red light (and one other green one) off for a short while , but then it went back to the same state again.

So they are sending an engineer out tomorrow to have a look.
