Hello

I have no internet connection a few hours ago. The internet led is red on the router and the other white box, has the bottom and top LEDs green but not the fiber or speed.

I have a Zyxel router from T-Mobile.

Customer service in the app chat for not reply 😞

Tried to restart it, also did factory reset


@NorbertPosan I immediately went into the system to have a look at your connection. Luckily, I see that you’ve already had contact with my colleague from Customer Care and a technician is on its way. I am sure he/she will be able to fix this for you!


So he couldn't fix it yesterday. Because the issue it not in the house and he "ordered the back office to check it with kpn". Can I get a disposable sim card with a voucher code? Because I still don't have internet and it is since Saturday.


Or any solution how I will get internet soon? It is the 4th day so it is getting annoying

@NorbertPosan I really hoped the technician would be able to fix the issue for you. I’m sure that the Back Office will be able to resolve this together with the network administrator. 

You can buy an Odido sim card (€10) at one of our Odido Shops. If you can post a picture of the receipt in this topic, I will immediately refund this for you. I also already send you the voucher code in a private message.
