Same problem again today, less than 10 days after the last one, just after I renovated my contract….

I had internet access until two hours ago. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to restart the modem during the day due to reported issues in the city. However, they were unable to provide a clear timeframe for resolution. Could someone please share any additional information on when this is expected to be resolved?
