Newly installed fibre just stopped working and the technical department just reply with “they are closed”???? How is there no stand-by technical support??? I guarantee there would have been if your debit order system didn’t work over the weekend!!! Odido is quick and easy to get you signed up and then they do not give a sh!t if you have internet or not….

It is not needed to open two posts with the same content. This is a customer talks to customer forum. We have seen situations where errors occured and if you reboot the ONT and router the next day, everything will work again. There is a Network Operation Center within Odido which is 24/7 handling the core equipement. On large outages, they can start actions.
For single compliants, there is a technical departement which is opened on workingdays. That is the SLA for consumer lines. If you need more , connections with a better SLA are offered to businesses. But the pricepoint is much higher.
If you have a Ben or Odido simcard, you can ask the customer service for a unlimited mobile voucher. When you create a wifi hotspot on your phone, you can use public internet on wifi devices.

Would have been nice if Odido was transparent upfront about the sh!t service you can expect from them. The mobile hotspot is a useless solution for a home network. Lift your standards.
