Hi everyone,
My internet goes down 22/03/25 at 22:25, does someone else facing same issue? I tried to restart router and modem, however after restart LOS light not working at all. Only PON and Power lights green

Looks like uplink on my modem Huawei OptiXstar HN8010Ts-20 not working. I tried to reset this modem as well as connect LAN to my PC, but even on PC I can see that cable disconnected.

A technician came today and replaced the Optical Network Terminal, which resolved the issue. It looks like the LAN port was burned out on this device.
