Technician arrives at 14 April and I see that LOS is red and PON is blank. It means that the fiber has not been patched or the Internet is not active. I am without Internet since last 3 days. Despite several call to T-mobile call center there is no adequate response. It’s pathetic considering work from home condition. I find T-mobile highly unprofessional. If the issue is not resolved by tomorrow I am going to cancel the service. It’s highly disappointing and pathetic. If you can’t keep your commitments don’t make one.
