My home internet is not working after restarting router and modem many times

I’m staying at Veldhoven, my internet is not working since yesterday night. Internet status is red on Zyxel modem since yesterday night. Please help

Luckily, I see that you’ve already been into contact with my colleague from Customer Service and a ticket to our Back Office has been made. I’m sure they will resolve this issue for you!
