latency issues since last router restart

Do you encounter this issue only with this game or do you have an high latency on every device?

Is your laptop connected with a cable to the router? And do you also have a switch?

Can you share a ping test to the game server?

Running a ping test to 8.8.8 8 would also be helpfull (ping -n 1000 8.8.8 8).

I'll run these when i get home, currently at work 

thing is, nothing on my side changed

it was good then suddenly next day lag, dont think it's the game either since i tried both their euw and eune servers, with same issue

Maybe also test when connected to a mobile hotspot, is the latency good than?

And you don't encounter any other issues with the internet?

turns out it was the drivers on the laptop (omen) which are known to cause this, reinstalling them fixes the issue
