Your router is perfect for 2 Gbps. Is the XGSPON ONT installed by a technician? Restarting the ONT by removing the power for a bit can help.

Also is the upgrade afgerond in your Odido account?

yes, it was installed by Guidion technician yesterday. I will try to restart the ONT
