I have already restarted both router and modem and it didn’t work. I still don’t have connection to the internet. I have moved to a new apartment and the internet was installed 3 days ago, until yesterday it was working properly.
is there any thing that I could try to have it fixed?

Could you then first complete your Community account with the last four digits of your bankaccount? Also please let me know which lights are burning or not burning on the modem and converter. If the details are filled in, please let me know!
