Internet not working, modem blinking with res light

I have already restarted both router and modem and it didn’t work. I still don’t have connection to the internet. I have moved to a new apartment and the internet was installed 3 days ago, until yesterday it was working properly.

is there any thing that I could try to have it fixed?

Hi ​@Diego Gomes Tome,  I am here for you! Are you still offline? If so, I would love to check your connection and fix this. Could you then first complete your Community account with the last four digits of your bankaccount? Also please let me know which lights are burning or not burning on the modem and converter. If the details are filled in, please let me know!
