Internet is not working in Almere buiten, 1339CS.

 

I see a red light on the modem. I tried disconnecting the modem and media converter unit for 10 seconds and made a restart but that didn’t work.

Is the cable from the mediaconverter going to the WAN port of the router? You can check in your Odido account under meer > storingen to see if there is an issue reported for your address.
