It is really unfortunate that I am not a home for a few days so I don't know until I'm back, I'll keep pinging home to check if it's back before coming back

Finally Im back and I see the world led as red, I just restarted it with the same result and no Internet. The rest of the leds are green (power, ethernet, some circle). Wifi leds are off by choice.

The fiber box looks as usual with the orange led.

Hi ​@sephiman, thank you! I have checked your connection but I can see that you are back online. Is this correct and are you experiencing this at home? If not, I want to investigate further. In that case, please describe every light to me, on the modem but also on the converter. With the last one it super important that you describe every light, which one is burning or not, which colour and if the light is blinking or not. Thanks in advance!
