I had my new internet installation OK for couple of days, then PON started to slowly blink red. I did all poweroffs, and resets. For a week now, daily I’m contacting Odido support to fix it - they only say that ticket is opened to 3rd party company and they cannot do anything more. I got information that 3rd party will contact me within 3 days, but no one contacted me and it doesn’t look like someone will. Odido says they’re not responsible - but to who I’m paying the money?

Of course, I want you to be back online as soon as possible. I therefore immediately went to check for you and saw that the ticket is still open. I need to wait for this ticket before taking further action. I assume this will be handled either today or tomorrow. Apologies for the long wait. I can reimburse the expenses incurred for you after the time. For this, it has to be solved first, because then I will have an exact period of time what I can reimburse!

odido can only check status of ticket, when i ask in office/via call to contact the 3rd party - you can’t do it.

It’s a week now without internet while 2 people in household work homeoffice.

I just got sms that my unlimited code for mobile internet expires.

No one contacted me from 3rd party, and odido always says they’ll contact today or tomorrow. It doesn’t look like they will.

Tomorrow I’ll just go to KPN and move my services there. I can’t afford week without internet in the future.

 


Hi @MarekM, I went to check again for you and see that the ticket is still open. I assume it will be picked up by our tech experts today or tomorrow. I've sent you two new voucher codes in a private message!

Thank you for the codes and effort to keep good customer relation - I really do appreciate that.

It’s could be a great improvement in the service if odido could contact 3rd party to speed up solving the issue.

I did visit the KPN last week, i’ll stay with odido because of mobile subscriptions. Also date for technical installation for internet would be later that technican’s visit.

Today the technician came and changed sth with the cables, he said that cable was taken out by someone in the central point outside of the house.

Now the led status is all green, but still internet is not working - technician said it’s on the odido network team to check the configuration. He said the ticket is opened in odido

 

Can you send me another 2xunlimited codes, and escalade my new ticket? 3rd week without fiber internet is very problematic for us.


Hey @MarekM, I see the mechanic has been by and is going to file a ticket to our Back Office. Hopefully it will be picked up soon and you will finally be online! I've just sent you two new voucher codes in a private message.

Yesterday we called odido, and the support said there was no ticket open on friday (!). Support said that they’ve just opened one and we should wait up to 3 days. Today i call the support, they say that it will be decided if another technician should come… while Friday’s technician said clearly it’s for network team. So here we go again.

to addup more problems….Codes for unlimited internet stops working after 3 days suddenly, my phone gets overheated contantly from hotspot, i get some weird return of package i’ve sent with old router - this packages gets returned to dhl pickup point instead of my home….

 

Enough for me for trying to get simple internet service in XXI century with odido. I’ve ordered KPN installation.
