I had my new internet installation OK for couple of days, then PON started to slowly blink red. I did all poweroffs, and resets. For a week now, daily I’m contacting Odido support to fix it - they only say that ticket is opened to 3rd party company and they cannot do anything more. I got information that 3rd party will contact me within 3 days, but no one contacted me and it doesn’t look like someone will. Odido says they’re not responsible - but to who I’m paying the money?
