Internet connection doesn't work (Internet light is red)

Hello!
About hour ago I lost my internet connection. My router is Zyxel 54, the internet icon is red. Huawei box shows 3 green lights, only LOS is OFF. I tried with 2 different router, but internet icon on both of them is red. I tried to call technical support, but it says support is closed. How it can be closed if on your website you mentioned, that for technical questions it works until 20:00. What’s goind on, guys. I didn’t expect that I pay for this kind of service.
