I cannot login to 192.168.1.1 with the given user/pass anymore.

Hello,

I cannot login to 192.168.1.1 with the given user/pass anymore. I did it once and changed my wifi name but after that it says the username/pass is not correct.

What can I do except the factory reset?

Thanks,

Hello @Shahrooz,

The only other option is the My T-Mobile Thuis personal page. You can alter basic specification for various routers from there. Not all routers are currently supported. If that does not help I think the other option will be a reset of factory reset.

@Shahrooz

after login you changed the password. If you cant remember it the only thing left is a factor reset.

Hello @Shahrooz

You changed both I guess but why don't you want to do a reset?

After the reset all will be back to standard, just a few things to change thats not a big deal right?

@Shahrooz

I did a reset maybe 3 or 4 times the only 2 things I needed to do is change my wifi details and optimize my wifi.

Best of luck 👍
