ADSL is a “ Do it your self”  installation. Please read the manual with instructions which are in the box.

Yes but i tried to di it myself but i need some help. Is it possible to have a technician help with an ADSL installation ?

If you connection is active and you cannot install it yourself than a moderator could send a technician.

Have you found the KPN ISRA point? Maybe you can post a photo se we can try to help.

Thanks for your answer. Thats my point, when i look what i have in have in my appartement, it doesn't look like any of the 4. You can see the picture.

This is a connection point for cable internet which is not used by T-Mobile. Did you also have a look in the fusebox, maybe you'll see one of the 4 ISRA points or maybe just a telephone cable.

In the fusebox i can’t see nothing… I’m sorry and thanks a lot for you help. Do you know how can i manage a appointment with a technician ?
